She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Family Medicine and has advanced her expertise with specialized certifications that position her at the forefront of workforce health and safety. Dr. Young is a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Examiner (NRCME) through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), demonstrating mastery in federal regulations and driver qualification standards.
